Meet the Founder
Vonetta G. Reeves is an author, educator, motivational speaker, and the founder of The Choosing Me Experience.
What began as a personal journey of loving sincerely, losing pieces of herself, and ultimately choosing herself became something much bigger.
After sharing her story through her book, Loving Sincere, Losing Me, Choosing Me, Vonetta realized that women needed more than words on a page. They needed a space to pause, reflect, reconnect, laugh, heal, and experience what choosing themselves could actually feel like.
From that vision, The Choosing Me Experience was born.

The Choosing Me Experience was born from a deeply personal journey of loving sincerely, losing pieces of myself along the way, and ultimately making the decision to choose me.
What began as my story became my book, Loving Sincere, Losing Me, Choosing Me, and eventually grew into something much bigger than the pages.
I realized that so many women have their own version of this story. We love. We give. We sacrifice. We carry. And somewhere along the way, we can forget to ask ourselves one important question:
“But what about me?”
The Choosing Me Experience brings that question to life. It creates a space where women can reflect on where they have been, reconnect with who they are, and intentionally choose who they are becoming.
The book told my story. The experience creates space for women to begin writing theirs.
